I often feel chilly after I meditate. Is this of any concern? I’ve read that harmful ethereal beings can cause one to feel cold while beings of unconditional love cause one to feel warmth.

Definitely not of any concern, it’s actually pretty normal to experience this. It’s basically just the fluctuation of the energy changing. When we meditate our body temperature can shift which can cause people to either feel very heated head to toe or cold. This is usually due to releasing blocked energy and healing. You can also feel this sensation during yoga sessions, tai chi, energy work, crystal healing, reiki, or sex. it’s usually due to the kundalini. It’s a good thing really 😉
Other things that can happen while meditating is tingling head to toe[feeling the vibrations of your energy body], body swaying, intuitive mudras, syncopated breathing, humming/chanting, spontaneous crying, extreme emotions, sinus issues or clearing of sinues, etc.
It’s all about feeling the release of the energy as it flows out of you. They say when you get goosebumps it’s your intuition. So i wouldn’t be afraid of harmful beings tapping into your energy, this is merely illusion of the powerful mind. No one can harm you in meditation, you are completely in control of your energy body and always will be.

I was meditating every time i do that why do i feel cold
As I wrote above, Cold Energy is a sign of Releasing Energy or clearing out energy from the body. It makes sense to feel this during meditation as meditation can recalibrate your energy body 🙂
what does it mean when u see red light and green light above your head with your eyes closed
well colors are usually associated with the chakras so red would be root energy and green would be heart chakra energy. Also asking yourself ‘what do these colors mean to you?” helps ^_^
ok thanks how would i know that my 3rd eye is open its like when im meditating i can feel air its like almost if i feel like im on a cloud feeling air blowing and its like i see shapes and eyes
