our post really touched me because this is something i don’t usually explore myself for one it’s too contraversial for two it’s always a headache when religion gets involved. I have nothing against christianity or the bible, i think you can learn a great deal of truths from it. The entire bible is very symbolic towards us, especially the days of creation and other stories. My fiance is more versed in this than me but i’ll try my best. The bible has numerous versions which were created from the Roman Catholic Church however the origin of the bible itself came from the Babylonians in Mesopotamia. These ancient Babylonian scriptures were the origins of the start of the Bible and the book of Genesis. “The Bible is essentially a compilation of ancient texts, selected by the early church fathers. Texts that people weren’t supposed to read, because they were not in accordance to the general Christian orthodox belief, were labeled as uncanonical and were purposely left out in the Bible, and this includes all works that were seen as apocryphal and Gnostic, like the Book of Enoch”. I could write chapters about this so i’ll summarize, long story short, the bible has had many alternations over centuries of time specifically within the time of the Roman Catholic Church. It’s also important to see that these ancient stories should be taken as symbols rather than literal. I think that is why everyone is so confused with all this apocalyptic ‘end of times’ scripture. They are not seeing that these stories are symbolic in nature. Jesus is the symbol of Christ Consciousness within ALL beings, the heart center. The Tree of life and the Tree of knowledge, eatting the apple, eatting the fruit of life infinite knowledge. The eye of the snake, snake is kundalini energy, The eye, the third eye of humanity and so forth. “God made man in his image” and so we are one with God. I don’t see God as an anthropomorphic single being i see him as infinite and within each of us. God lives inside of us for we are all co-creators of this reality. Revelations is nothing more than a prophecy like mother shipton or the mayans, the end of time is about New Beginnings not endings. I think people have this problem of not being able to separate Christianity/Religion from Spirituality. I see Spirituality as a mechanism that is within all human beings and religion is dogma. I think there is a divine order in place but this imaginary heirarchy that we live in is nothing but illusion. You seem like a good guy and you have your heart in the right place, you feel off about Revelations because intuitively it doesn’t feel right in your soul. Truly listen to yourself and what resonate with you, this is your best teacher. Not me or anyone else.
I think Awakening can happen to people in a number of ways regardless if you are christian, muslim, chinese, etc. Any religion can bring you to this place because innately deep down all religions connect to the next regarding spiritual awakening and soul transformation. These symbols are in all ancient scripture from the Inca, the mayans, the egyptians, the babylonians, the christians, indians, etc. This is an inner journey and there are various mediums to finding this place within you, you could read the torah or the quran or study the tree of life or occultism even and you will start to see there are VAST similarities between all these religions. It’s just a different medium to accessing this channel WITHIN you.
much love to you on your journey
