i can mentally understand the concept of a shift in consciousness but all i’m feeling is more anxiety/discomfort. all i want to do is eat/sleep/get away from people. i’m empathic and have dabbled in yoga/astrology/meditation/etc. in the past but haven’t had any time the last few years (motherhood/full time job) to focus on these things. any advice going forward? and what about relationships that have outgrown their usefulness? i’m too afraid to address things now, esp. with the economy. thanks!

Well i just wrote about how karmic relationships are transforming into soulful relationships down the page. As for what you’re feeling, this is perfectly natural. Anxiety is caused from excessive energy it’s when your mind is thinking faster than your body is moving. It’s essentially a product of time that is what causes anxiety. I used to have a lot of anxiety issues but after i learned to control my mind better, i don’t have them as much. Anxiety is caused from our thoughts projecting at fast rate of time usually pertaining to future. When our mind is in future we are not entirely thinking clearly as we would if we were in the present. Therefore it creates these anxious thoughts and feelings which is probably why you are having them because you are are feeling an anxiousness about shifts in consciousness. When you relax, let go and just accept your thoughts as they come you enable your find to find a state of peace.
You say you don’t have time anymore because of a full time job and motherhood. The thing you are missing is Spiritual consciousness is not a day job, it’s a state of being. Regardless if you study astrology, do yoga, meditation, study holistic medicine, etc. you are still on your spiritual journey. Even when you feel you are stuck in a stand still of stagnant energy you are still learning and progressing because our mind is in a state of healing when this occurs. When our mind stands still we open up our awareness to healing and transformation. So maybe you aren’t learning as directly as you used to but you are still very much experiencing the healing and growing of the soul because it is a daily part of our human existence. There is not really a time where you shut off your consciousness or shut off your spirituality, it is your soul, your essence, your being. Eternally.
What i learned when i was pregnant was i had to take a step back and rest, give my mind the rest i needed to grow another life. It took me a bit to accept it and realize that sometimes we need to take a step out of the equation to look at the bigger picture. I also try doing time management which helps a lot for me, baby tending, exercising, interneting, house chores, baby tending, time with my fiance and sleep somewhere in there. It’s really all about balance, just because you are a full time working Mother doesn’t mean that you have to stop your spiritual practices. It’s more about managing your time wisely 🙂
Hope this helps
