I’ve read many of your posts on chakras but I seem to be having the hardest time opening them. Sometimes I meditate but I mainly do yoga. Any suggestions?

Have you ever tried Kundalini Yoga? For me Hatha is immensely grounding but it does not always strike the cord of the chakras. Kundalini is very spiritual rewarding if you are looking to work on your chakras. I highly recommend it.
It’s also best not to force a spiritual awakening because it can be rough on the soul, go at your own pace and let it flow naturally. Learnign about chakras and energy is what truly helped me the most. I think the more you learn about the energy world and how our body works, our subconscious helps us learn to open them. It is best to start by looking into intuition with what chakras of yours need the most work and then go from there. It’s a personal experience, for me it was my heart chakra that was the real culprit. I had inferiority complex, lack of self love and worth and lack of forgiveness.
The true ticket behind all energy is that Energy is formed from thought. Heal the thought, heal the blockage, heal the disease. So it’s not only about meditation and yoga but it’s also about change within our spirit and confrontation with the Resistance we build within ourselves. My ability to not let go and forgive caused me to have a blocked heart or someone else who couldnt communicte properly had a blocked Throat chakra. See it’s all about thought and the flow of energy. It’s not only about the action it’s also about change and the willingness to pursue that point of resistance. As you do yoga and hold the asanas you will see that your mind conjures a resistance your thoughts will try to take hold but like Ana and Ravi always say “If you feel resistance it means you need to do it and you need to let those thoughts go by letting the breath body take over” and sometimes that really is it. Letting go of the old to truly breathe in the new air is all we need to shake open those chakras 😉
hope this helps
much love
