Hey Ash, so I’ve been having this reoccurring dream that I’m looking into a mirror. I step through the mirror, but I’m already on the other side watching myself pass through. All around is glass and as I pass through all the glass shatters. I’m having a hard time interpreting this dream. Any ideas? Thanks Ash love your blog.

Mirrors are always about reflection of ourselves. They symbolize a gateway, if you think about a mirror as a symbol a mirror is a reflection of looking within yourself so therefore a mirror represents your subconscious mind. Your internal world. The Mirror is a gateway between the conscious and subconscious. Not everyone likes looking into the mirror, looking into our own abyss looking behind our face. It reminds me of the card of the Moon. The moon is all about illusions and seeing behind the mask of ourselves. Entering the Underworld and exploring the Depths of your Soul. The dark and the light.
Seeing yourself already on the other side shows to me the veil is down. The subconscious and the conscious are intertwined as the spirit world and the material world are interconnected together as one. You’re looking back FROM the other side of the veil. Meaning you are looking back at the past self.
The fact that the mirror shatters as soon as you cross through signifies to me that the Old shell of you is breaking and has been destroyed. Your past self is shattered and you are being reborn into the New Paradigm Evolved Consciousness. This is actually a beautiful dream, it shows a lot about what is happening in reality as a whole. Our old selves, we are breaking our reflection because the reflection is merging into who we are now. Time is fluid and obsolete. This could also represent the Dark night of the Soul in some ways, we have to face ourselves to get to the other side, if we don’t confront our ego, we can’t transcend ourselves. The past present and future self merging as one unified being meaning we are both looking at the mirror and on the other side of the mirror. So i see this dream as you are at an end of a cycle, your past self is destroyed and as you are looking back you are seeing yourself from the other side. Reborn. <3
Sounds like a powerful dream to have it keep showing up, your higher self is trying to tell you a message. recurring dreams happen for a reason it means there is a message or symbol we need to see and understanding within ourselves.
