My body is becoming more and more sensitive to food. First I had to give up meat, then gluten, then sugar. Now dairy. It’s incredibly stressful and I don’t know why. Are there any possible reasons for this?
As our bodies change, our diet changes with us.
You will notice as you go through kundalini awakening, you will have many dietary changes and it is usually different for everyone. This is usually due to our body going through an extensive detox, you will find old foods you used to enjoy, you don’t find them edible anymore or you may get strange cravings for vegetables out of nowhere. It’s all quite normal. It can also be lead psychologically too such as people who are afraid of chemically processed foods, afraid of fluoride or feeling the empathy of animals as they eat meat.
Psychologically we can physically change our tastebuds because of the influence of the energy we are emitting. If you believe a certain way, it reciprocates in your reality such as if you feel fluoride is bad for you, you may suddenly find yourself unable to drink any bottled or tap water. If you’re distant from meat perhaps you are going through a deep crisis with feeling the empathy of that animal or maybe you can’t have sugar because your body just doesn’t need it right now so you don’t crave it anymore. When we become sensitive to food there are usually a few reasons, it can be because of psychological fear but it also can mean your body needs to detox and your energy needs a cleanse.
There are many new age articles that are loaded in fear tactics about the food we eat. Many people feed on these and suddenly become vegetarian/vegan/organic eatters because they feel if they eat a certain way it’s going to change their vibrations negatively, clog their pineal gland or get energetic poisoning. When all of that is basically psychological, they are telling you to feel a certain way about your own energy body and that’s a bunch of bullshit. There is NOTHING that can stop your spiritual progress externally or materially, it is what you are projecting INTERNALLY that matters.
I believe food is a blessing that nourishes and sustains us. If we give gratitude and positive energy towards it instead of fear we are projecting gratitude and positive blessings towards food. Eating certain foods does NOT stunt your spiritual progress.
The most important thing is to listen to your body and it’s needs. I have been all over the map, i have been vegan, vegetarian and now i’m an omnivore. Everyone is different and has different needs. Personally i find animal meat to be a lot more grounding for me but that is just my body. There are certain people who need to eat particular foods due to their own health concerns and I think having a well-balanced diet is key to a balanced and healthy body. Just do what is best for you and your body. If you are craving food eat it! If you don’t want a paricular food then don’t eat it but do it for you and your body. Health comes first always <3
