So last night after getting high (honestly I don’t believe that spiritual experiences you have when you’re high don’t really count. Not that I know if they are/aren’t real, but either way, any progress made when high doesn’t stay when you’re sober. But this is the second of two profound spiritual experiences I’ve had while high). Anyway I was high and I was thinking (as us humans usually are), I was a bit paranoid about one thing or another, but then said to myself that negative emotions aren’t of any use, and especially because I’m high I should be able to stop having them. Recently when I’ve been meditating I try and focus on the feeling/energy of my inner body. This is one thing Tolle suggests. So, lying in bed once I started having these thoughts it was like my whole body suddenly became dense without me trying to focus on my body or anything. The second I started to realize that every single thought I was having was really just a mind construct of the ego the more dense my body felt. I was drifting in and out of this state. I was also thinking about existence as a hologram, or 2D rather then 3D existence. If existence were really a hologram, then any movement by any one being would have an effect on the whole thing, like a ripple through the fabric of our existence. Also this “fabric” could be part of a larger shape or energy field itself, like a torus. Later while I was lying there, my chest seriously felt so strange. I can’t even explain. Not like it was vibrating, it was almost burning. It was almost scary. The further into it I sunk, the more it spread. But it didn’t leave the area of my upper body. Later the same feeling occurred at the top of my head. Then later, as I was still accepting all the thoughts I was having as the ego, I felt like I could be SURE that was I was in the process of doing was taking low vibrations and converting them into higher vibrations. Like purifying myself or the bad energies in me. Also during this whole I think I was hearing noise, almost like the vibration of a bell. The deeper into non-thought I sunk, the more I heard it. Could you please respond to this message privately? I am just wondering if you have any insights into my experience.
