Let’s Talk about the difference of FEAR VS INTUITION. Most of us are letting fear run our lives.

Fear creeps in through the overthinking loops, the self-doubt, the “what ifs” that keep us paralyzed instead of moving forward. I didn’t fully understand this until I started noticing a repeated pattern in my own journey—a pattern of reconnecting back to soul.

At the time, I didn’t know what that meant. But over time, I realized something powerful: most of us suppress our intuition because of fear.

So, I decided to do something different. I created a challenge for myself: What if for one week, I ignored fear and chose my intuition every single time?

The results shocked me. That experiment became the seed of what I now call “PROJECT: Soul Nourishment Bootcamp.” A process I lovely call “bootcamping my mind” to choose intuition instead of fear.

And honestly? It completely changed how I show up.

Why Fear Hijacks Your Intuition

During a spiritual awakening, things can feel confusing, overwhelming, even frightening. Your nervous system feels like it’s on high alert. I wish someone had told me earlier: start working on your intuition.

Because here’s the truth:

  • Fear makes us overthink and overanalyze.
  • The fear mind convinces us it’s “keeping us safe,” when really it’s just keeping us stuck.
  • Overthinking drains your energy and delays action.

I can’t even count how many times I would sit down to record a video or write a post and spiral into the fear mind:

  • The lighting’s terrible.
  • I don’t know what to say.
  • This sounds stupid.

Choosing Intuition Over Overthinking

Here’s what I realized: overthinking is just a habit. And habits can be changed and rewired.

I started catching myself mid-loop and asking:
👉 What if I chose intuition instead?

Instead of spending hours obsessing, I would:

  • Take a small action immediately (action interrupts fear).
  • Exercise or move my body in the morning (this regulated my nervous system and made it easier to be present).
  • Notice my triggers and re-pattern them (journaling helped me spot what was fueling the overthinking).

Every time I chose intuition over fear, I was training my brain that it was safe to trust my soul. Over time, things that once felt impossible—recording video, writing consistently, showing up—became second nature.

Fear Will Always Be There (But You Don’t Have to Let It Rule You)

Here’s the thing: fear doesn’t disappear. It’s part of being human. But you have a choice.

You can let the fear mind dominate your habits, routines, and decisions… or you can strengthen your intuition and choose differently.

When you do, everything shifts:
✨ You stop procrastinating and start creating with ease.
✨ You make confident decisions instead of second-guessing.
✨ You show up in alignment instead of drowning in self-doubt.
✨ You feel more consistent, more magnetic, more you.

That’s the real difference: letting fear keep you hostage in your head, or choosing soul and moving forward anyway.

How to Start Bootcamping Your Mind

If you’re ready to stop letting fear run the show, here are a few ways to start strengthening your intuition:

  1. Notice your triggers. What situations spark the overthinking spiral? Awareness is the first step.
  2. Take one action fast. Action is the antidote to fear. Even small steps build momentum.
  3. Regulate your nervous system. Move your body, breathe, or journal before making decisions.
  4. Practice choosing intuition daily. When fear shows up, pause and ask: What would my intuition do right now?
