Do you often struggle with staying committed to your spiritual practice? You say you don’t have time, it’s another to-do, it’s just not made for you, or worse, you find yourself thinking:
“This just isn’t working for me”…..😵🤡
I’ve been saying for years, don’t allow yourself to box in your spiritual practice. And for good reason!
Over the years Ive learned when we do this, we are not tapping into our most natural, authentic aligned practice that is uniquely made for our intuition and intuitive gifts we have.
And it will feel absolutely delicious when you find it, have you found yours?
These are common mistakes I see people make all the time with their spiritual practice.
#1. You’re listening to everyone except your intuition
- Have you ever said “this just isn’t working for me” That’s often your intuition telling you there’s an easier way. We might not realize
- we can fight against ourselves with our spiritual practice because: we’re not focusing on our natural intuitive gifts.
💣What you should do: who are you listening to?
If you’re listening to what susie and guru bob are saying over your intuition – you might be failing to connect to your most natural practice
If you’re not working with your intuitive gifts – You’re working against your own natural rhythm and flow when it comes to spiritual connection.
In other words:
You need to ask yourself:
- What is the way I most easily connect to internal guidance/God/Higher Self/Spirit?
(There’s a reason why i emphasize strongly in a lot of my courses that meditation is not the answer for most people – it’s because they might discover their practice is WILDLY different and it helps them strengthen their intuition even FASTER….because they chose to listen to THEIR SOUL….not their teacher 😉 )

#2. You think it’s lack of discipline or consistency – but your expectations are too high…
Look, it’s great to have high expectations but sometimes, we need to admit to ourselves – we can’t spend an hour a day devoted to our spiritual practice AND…
There’s nothing wrong with that.
💣What you should do: Create a shorter practice that meet you where you are.
Recognize that:
+ A Card Pull and Question
+ A 10 min journal brain spill
+ Affirmations on the go on your notes app
+ A 15 min yoga flow
+ 2 mins of Pranayama.
+ meditating while doing the laundry
IS ALL ENOUGH TO NOURISH YOUR SOUL

#3. You have too many rules attached to your practice
There’s a lot of dogma in the spiritual community that makes it seem like it’s “THIS WAY OR ELSE”
However, everytime you create rules for your practice, you are limiting not just your potential but also your development of your intuition.
💣What you should do: Don’t limit yourself
Make your Practice Unique to Who you are, regardless if it follows the rules of standard meditation.
